Bookkeeping Sucks
Unless you're like me and get off on that kind of thing.
Your eyelids slide shut.
Your brain goes to palm trees, blue sky and fancy drinks.
Who can blame you?
I feel the collective shudder from here.
You're an artist.
Maybe you’ve finished the last show of the tour.
Or you just locked the doors after a successful gallery showing.
Maybe you spent the last twelve hours, over caffeinated, sending submissions to publishers.
The last thing you want to do is sit down and mind numbingly record everything you just did.
You search for a bookkeeper to do this menial task and you discover that the majority of bookkeepers are cottage bookkeepers who are, shall we say, less than friendly to members of the Creative community.
Jesus quotes on their page are usually a dead giveaway.
So, you find yourself in an unpleasant predicament:
